These Terms of Use govern your use of strategicintelligentia.com and any public content, gated content, reports, articles, commentary, account areas, subscription access, digital materials, member dashboards, private resources, forms, checkout pages, downloads or services made available through the website.

The website is operated by Strategic Intelligentia, registered in England and Wales under company number 08205601. In these Terms, “Strategic Intelligentia”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Strategic Intelligentia. “You” refers to any visitor, user, account holder, subscriber, member, invited seat user, client, purchaser or other person using the website.

By using the website, creating an account, purchasing access, accepting an invitation, requesting free access, viewing gated content, submitting a form, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website.

The website provides geopolitical commentary, strategic intelligence-related content, articles, reports, media information, consulting information, private resources and related services. Content may be public, restricted to registered users, restricted to paying users, restricted by access tier, restricted to a specific account, or restricted to invited members.

Some content is provided through a gated content environment. Access may depend on your account status, order, subscription, access plan, content tier, seat allocation, invitation status, payment status, expiry date, manual approval, or another access rule set by us. We may use tiers, plans, account assignments, fixed-term access, private reports or other access structures. We may change tier structures, plan names, benefits, access rules and content availability from time to time.

If you request free access, we may create or locate a member account for you and send you a password setup or access link. Free access does not guarantee permanent access, access to paid content, access to private reports, or access to all member resources. We may change, suspend or withdraw free access at any time.

If you create or use an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share your password, transfer your account, bypass access controls, allow unauthorised users to access restricted materials, or use another person’s account without permission.

Where an account includes multiple seats, the account owner is responsible for managing invited users. The account owner must only invite people who are authorised to receive access under that account. Invited users must use their own login details and must not share access with others. We may revoke seats, invitations or accounts where access is misused, where payment fails, where a subscription ends, where access expires, or where these Terms are breached.

Where paid access, subscriptions, private reports, digital resources, consulting products or other paid services are available, the price, billing period, access plan, seat limit, duration and relevant purchase terms will be shown at or before checkout. Payments and orders may be processed using WooCommerce and Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to comply with the relevant checkout and payment terms.

Stripe processes payment information as an independent payment service provider. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our website. Payment authorisation, fraud checks, card handling and payment security may be handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice.

Where recurring payments or subscriptions are used, your access may continue until cancelled, expired, suspended or terminated. If a renewal payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, an order is refunded, a chargeback is raised, an access period expires, or an account is placed on hold, we may suspend or remove access to gated content, private reports, account dashboards, downloads and member resources.

Refunds, cancellations and cooling-off rights will depend on the nature of the product or service purchased, any checkout terms presented at the time of purchase, and applicable law. Digital content, private reports, bespoke reports, consulting work and immediately accessible paid resources may have different cancellation treatment from physical goods or unperformed services. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, all website content, reports, articles, commentary, analysis, images, branding, graphics, layouts, downloads, gated materials, private reports and other intellectual property belong to Strategic Intelligentia or the relevant rights holder. You may view content for your own lawful personal or internal business use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute, resell, license, upload, disclose, publish, forward, mirror, archive, commercially exploit, or make our content available to anyone else without written permission. You must not use our content to train, fine-tune, prompt, populate, benchmark or otherwise develop artificial intelligence systems or datasets without written permission.

Gated content, paid content, private reports, briefings, dashboards and member-only materials are provided only to authorised users. You must treat restricted materials as confidential unless the relevant material is clearly marked as public or we give written permission to share it. You must not forward member-only links, publish excerpts, share downloads, disclose private report contents, mirror pages, or make restricted content available to non-members.

Some reports or private resources may be bespoke, account-specific or client-specific. These materials may be made available only to the account, organisation or user for whom they were prepared. You must not assume that access to one report or resource gives you access to any other report, future report, client material, archive or account-specific content.

Any commentary, analysis, reports or other content on the website is provided for general information and strategic insight. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, security advice, political lobbying advice, or a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information available through the website.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but geopolitical, economic, regulatory and security events can change quickly. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, accurate or suitable for your particular purpose. We may update, remove, replace, restrict, reclassify or alter content at any time.

You must use the website lawfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass paywalls or access controls, interfere with security, overload the website, introduce malware, scrape or harvest data, misuse forms, send spam, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, submit unlawful content, or use the website in a way that harms us, other users or third parties.

You must not upload or submit anything that is unlawful, defamatory, confidential without authority, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, malicious, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Where you submit information to us, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

If dashboard notices, requests, account updates, report statuses or internal member notifications are shown to you, they are provided as part of the account experience. They do not create a separate obligation for us to deliver a particular product, report or service unless that obligation has been agreed separately in writing or confirmed at checkout.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, media channels, social networks, payment services, embedded content or external resources. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services and do not endorse all content available through them. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website, an account, gated content, invitations, dashboards, private reports or paid access where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, misuse of access, non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or other conduct that may harm us, users or third parties.

We may need to carry out maintenance, updates, security changes or technical work. We do not guarantee that the website, account areas, gated content, checkout services, payment services, member dashboards, private reports or downloads will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We exclude warranties, representations or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms, except where they cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from reliance on website content.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, claims, costs, damages and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, misuse of gated content, unauthorised sharing of restricted materials, infringement of intellectual property rights, or misuse of another person’s account or data.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal data and use cookies. They form part of the information governing your use of the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
