These Terms of Use govern your use of strategicintelligentia.com and any content, reports, commentary, account areas, gated content, member resources, subscription access, digital materials, forms, downloads or services made available through the website.

The website is operated by Strategic Intelligentia, registered in England and Wales under company number 08205601. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Strategic Intelligentia. “You” refers to any visitor, user, account holder, subscriber, member, invited seat user, client or other person using the website.

By using the website, creating an account, purchasing access, accepting an invitation, viewing gated content, submitting a form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website.

The website provides geopolitical commentary, strategic intelligence-related content, articles, reports, media information, consulting information and related resources. Content may be public, restricted to registered users, restricted to paying users, restricted by access tier, or restricted to account holders and invited members.

Some content may be made available through a gated content environment. Access may depend on your account status, subscription, order, access plan, seat allocation, content tier, invitation status, payment status or manual approval by us. We may use tiers such as Bronze, Silver and Gold, or other tier names, to determine which content is available to different users. Higher tiers may include lower-tier content where stated, but we may change tier structures, naming, benefits and availability from time to time.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share your password, transfer your account, bypass access controls, allow unauthorised users to access restricted materials, or use another person’s account without permission.

Where an account includes multiple seats, the account owner is responsible for managing invited users. The account owner must only invite people who are authorised to receive access under that account. Invited users must use their own login details and must not share access with others. We may revoke seats, invitations or accounts where access is misused, where payment fails, where a subscription ends, or where these Terms are breached.

If paid access, subscriptions or checkout are enabled, the price, billing period, access plan, seat limit and any relevant purchase terms will be shown at or before checkout. Payments may be processed through WooCommerce and/or third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to comply with the relevant payment provider’s terms. We do not guarantee that a subscription, access plan or gated content package will remain available indefinitely.

Where recurring billing is used, your access may continue until cancelled, expired, suspended or terminated. If a renewal payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, an order is refunded, or an account is placed on hold, we may suspend or remove access to gated content. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, all website content, reports, articles, commentary, images, branding, graphics, layouts, downloads, gated materials and other intellectual property belong to Strategic Intelligentia or the relevant rights holder. You may view content for your own lawful personal or internal business use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute, resell, licence, upload, share, disclose, archive, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Gated content, paid content, reports, briefings and member-only materials are provided only to authorised users. You must treat restricted materials as confidential unless the relevant material is clearly marked as public or we give written permission to share it. You must not forward member-only links, publish excerpts, share downloads, mirror pages, or make restricted content available to non-members.

Any commentary, analysis, reports or other content on the website is provided for general information and strategic insight. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, security advice, or a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on information available through the website.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but geopolitical, economic and security events can change quickly. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, accurate or suitable for your particular purpose. We may update, remove, replace, restrict or alter content at any time.

You must use the website lawfully. We may need to carry out maintenance, updates, security changes or technical work. We do not guarantee that the website, account areas, gated content or checkout services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
